Jean-Sébastien Giguère, h3

Chef, maple syrup producer, beekeeper, restaurateur and entrepreneur, Jean-Sébastien Giguère is a person who moves at 300 km/h. Filled with ideas, he can’t stand sitting around doing nothing!

Jean-Sébastien began his career alongside Danny St-Pierre and Martin Juneau before joining Normand Laprise’s kitchen at Le Toqué restaurant for eight years. Today, in addition to being a partner in the restaurant h3 in Montreal, he is also involved with Le Coureur des Bois in Beloeil and La Cabane du Coureur in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu.

His cuisine emphasizes self-sufficiency and local products. He also collaborates on the Aeria urban greenhouse project and the Etamamiou outfitter project on the North Shore. He maintains good relationships with fishermen, market gardeners, breeders and winemakers. Your plate will be composed of the sum of all this on November 10th.

Father of two young healthy children, his participation as Chef for the Leucan Experience is an honor. His team will make you live an unforgettable evening.
